Why so slow with the updates?

Its been about a month since the last update. Business trips, storms, holidays... and Work!

Hard to believe but those kinds of things have been getting in my way.

But yesterday the Inspector called as said she would not sign off on the inspection unless I said it was okay. The floor has remained wet, and she was not willing to let the contractor off the hook without my okay.

Well I have a written warranty and a big mouth so I'm not too worried. Besides half the people I know are lawyers.

So today she came by and signed off on the building.

And I'm using it!

So is it really done? Well no, I still have not completed the electrical, and it really needs gutters and maybe some more driveway work to be finished.

I could list a million things that I want to do, but I've parked my Corvette inside and have moved one project inside.

Its the real deal and I'm going to start enjoying it!
