Why so slow with the updates?

Well the progress has been a little slow too. The guys were here last Friday and finished most of the walls. They were NOT able to finish however, because some of the materials had never been delivered.

So the wife and I went out of town for the weekend. Seemed a reasonable response...

But today the building project is basically complete, if you can ignore little issues like doors and floor. And lights.

Its the tall wall over that extends over the lower roof that was missing until today. This is basically the view standing near the house about halfway back.

This is the view coming into our driveway. Okay if you look around a little you'll see the house too.

But this is where I'll be looking most the time.

The black truck is parked on the far side from the house. I stuck it there because it needed to be out of the way, and I wanted to see how much room it would take. I expect to park the vehicles I don't use much over there.

This is taken from where I normally park my car. It shows the location of the 'man door' and the little concrete pad at the door. I included this picture because I could, not because it seemed necessary to the story...
